If paying by bank transfer, orders will be dispatched the day we receive the money in our bank account, or at the moment we receive the bank receipt via email or fax. In case of payment on delivery, or credit card, our delivery time will start from the moment of checkout, however in some cases, due to the characteristics of some orders, we may request confirmation of this.
If you make a deposit, or transfer to an entity listed in the "Payment Options" your order will be handled immediately. If you make a transfer from another bank, please note that this will not be effective until 48 business hours of being made.

In ANIMALPETCANARIAS, we want you to be happy with our service. Therefore, we provide several methods to return an order that could not be adjusted to your needs.
Possible cases of repayment or withdrawal:
A. The product is defective or has been damaged during transport:
These products must be returned by the buyer, so that they are protected by including them within a protective box or bag. ANIMALPETCANARIAS pays all shipping costs for delivery and return of the product.
ANIMALPETCANARIAS buyer provides our transportation company for the removal of the goods, completely free. If the buyer want to return the merchandise with a different transport company that proposed by ANIMALPETCANARIAS, and the carrier selected by the buyer offers higher rates, the buyer will assume the difference in the cost of transport.
When the product has been damaged during transport, is essential that we communicate by telephone the same day you receive the merchandise, and write down the impact on the delivery note of the carrier.
Before opening any products, check the packaging matches the Brakes: (model, color, size, finish, etc ...), making an immediate complaint, if there is any abnormality. If you detect any anomaly before opening the product, I urge you not to open the seal or packing thereof.
According to the provisions of Spanish legislation, the customer has the right of withdrawal, whereby members can return the product if the costumer finds that the product does not meet his/her expectations.
The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be accomplished within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt. To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and retain the original packaging and all parts.
The refund of the purchase, will be made once the condition of the goods has been verified, via the same payment method used by the buyer within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable reception withdrawal request, and it will be ANIMALPETCANARIAS who manage the collection of the item. Should the buyer return the item via a carrier of his/her choice, within 14 days shall be computed from ANIMALPETCANARIAS have actual knowledge that the shipment of the goods or, failing that, from receipt of item .
Return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the buyer.

If the products do not arrive in perfect condition ANIMALPETCANARIAS reserves the right to pay a lower amount for your order.
