How long does it take to receive my order?

 The delivery time, once the order has been confirmed, will be between 24 to 72 hours, depending on the area, costs, and confirmation time of the order. Products are shipped to the address specified by the customer. To optimize the delivery, it is important to indicate an address where the order can be received during normal business hours.

 
What payment methods can I use?

Choose the payment method that suits you:

CREDIT CARD: We recommend card payment through the virtual POS Cajamar. We believe this is the easiest and fastest way to receive your order. As soon as the payment is made, we start processing your order. 

BANK TRANSFER: Please indicate your order, your full name to the account: Cajamar, IBAN: ES38 3058 6100 9927 2002 7559 (SWIFT / BIC - CCRIES2AXXX) To begin processing your order as soon as possible, you need to send us a mail with the trasnfer confirmation to info@animalpetcanarias.com 

CASH ON DELIVERY - Pay at home when you receive your order. Payment on delivery  when you receive the order. This method of payment has a charge of 3% with a minimum of 3 €. If you choose this method, we will call you to verify your delivery details.

All data is processed directly by Cajamar, so animalpetcanarias can always provide greater transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. The order payment is placed directly with the bank, thereby offering maximum security 

How much does delivery cost? 

The orders above 40€ to Gran Canaria island, 60€ to Tenerife, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura islands, 100€ to La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro island will be sent to your home free of charge. For orders below 40€, 60€ or 100€ will be charged € 5, € 8 and 17€ respectively for shipping.
